What a great experience! I chose this place for my birthday dinner with my friends, and we all enjoyed ourselves so much. The atmosphere is cozy but refined, the service was excellent, the beverages from the bar were perfect, and the food was delicious. I ordered the parmesan risotto which was fantastic! I was also given a complimentary dessert for my birthday. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Such a romantic and elegant place to get lunch! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in his wine recommendations. The creme brulee was elite. We would eat here again.

From the time you walk in, you are seemingly transported to a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle and that oozes ambience. The tables are nicely appointed with a fresh flower, and shortly after you are seated fresh baked bread is brought. The lights are slightly dimmed and the music is relaxing jazz. The service is impeccable and it is an easy place to be romantic. The food. Where do I start? Everything we touched was over the top delicious. The spinach salad with the candied onions was sure to light up anybody's taste buds. I had the 8 oz filet au poivre and it came with red mashed potatoes skins on and green beans. The filet was amazing, and hard to beat anyplace else in town. For dessert we got a sampler trio which had creme brulee, fudge cake and berry sorbet. With a cup of coffee, it is hard to beat this combination shared between two people. This is an extraordinarily special place. You step back outside and are once again in the middle of hustle and bustle and heavy traffic. But for an hour or two, you can get away from it all and enjoy an excellent meal, with excellent service, in an excellent environment.

My husband and I had dinner here-it was superb. The ambiance is lovely. The service was exceptional, from the host to the waitstaff (our waiter was Adam I think). The food was really special too. The parmesan risotto was a stand out! My husband’s steak was outstanding as well. The dessert menu has large variety and everything looked enticing. We will 100% be back in the future!

Came here twice last year and would eat here everyday if I could! I ordered new things I haven’t tried before off the menu and everything was incredible. I think I could pick off the menu with my eyes closed and still enjoy whatever they serve.. the food is just such high quality and the flavors of each dish compliment each other. Not to mention, the service is always wonderful and friendly. Dreaming of my next meal here!

wow, I cannot recommend this place enough. We went for a celebration dinner the other night and had impeccable service. I ordered the mahi-mahi special, which honestly was one of the best meals I have had in a restaurant. This is my plea to add it to the main menu. :-) Thank you for making our night so memorable!

We came across one of the gem restaurants in Oklahoma City, and it did not disappoint! The experience was absolutely amazing. The food was exceptional—every bite was bursting with flavor. I had the flounder, and it was perfectly cooked, delicate, and mouthwatering. My husband tried the veal Milanese, and he was absolutely blown away by how flavorful and tender it was. The cocktails were superb, crafted to perfection, and the service was attentive and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on all fronts—great food, fantastic drinks, and wonderful service. We can’t wait to return to this gem! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of revisiting the metro almost a decade later and it's still as amazing as I remembered it being. I had the cedar plank salmon & it was delicious. My companions also enjoyed their food - I believe they ordered the risotto and "freaking chicken." I recommend indulging in their desserts even if you're feeling too full, they were divine & worth one more bite in. The vibes are cozy & staff superb. Service was top tier, our waiter was hilarious & he really was the perfect cherry on top of this perfect experience dinning at The Metro.
